What we collect

• To send transactional emails such as verification, password reset, and optional reminders.
• To monitor product performance, reliability, and launch-quality user flows.
• To investigate abuse, excessive automated traffic, and product issues.

Cookies and local storage

Wyndo uses cookies and browser storage for sessions, guest preferences, one guest location, saved routines, and a signed first-party anonymous visitor identifier used to connect product-funnel steps without accepting an identifier supplied by page code. These help the site remember your settings, keep authenticated sessions working across pages, and understand whether product flows work.

Analytics and observability

We use Datadog for browser analytics, backend performance monitoring, and synthetic uptime checks. Browser telemetry is configured to avoid shipping Ask query strings and location query parameters in URLs. Our first-party race funnel stores only categorical stages and context — not race names, locations, entered weather, or pace values — and those event rows expire after 90 days.

Third-party providers

Weather and infrastructure services may be provided by third parties such as OpenWeatherMap, Open-Meteo, the National Weather Service, Railway, Cloudflare, Datadog, Anthropic, and Postmark.
